Lamb Burgers

Makes 7 lamb burgers.

2 lb ground lamb meat.
1oz feta.   Prefer bought solid and the diced small (1/8 inch)
1oz olive tapinade.  Can substitude diced kalamata olives, or some other flavorful olives.
(optional) diced fresh or dried rosemary to taste

Combine all ingrediants, form into patties.
Grill, broil, or fry.
Remember that these will take longer than hamburgers of the same size, because they have a lot more moisture inside them.
The rosemary can be worked into the patty or sprinkled on after cooking, depending on if everyone wants it, or only some people.
